Search engine optimization planned on communities a future
There might be a deviation from the current objective search results (what the engine thinks is the best answer), to the subjective results (what the engine thinks you think is the best answer). However, it is also counter argued that this should not always be an ideal scenario as far as searching is concerned - sometimes the user doing the searching has no idea of what should be on the top.
This futuristic view also envisions a need for employing a geographically-biased algorithm to create local search engines. While this mode of search may not affect the likes of Google, demographic search just might become a strong primary or secondary purpose for a solid user base looking for better results, and webmasters will have to pay attention to these target users.
The question is - does this less-personalized form of search engine optimization have a future?
