Duplicate Content - Evolution Of The Search Engines.

Boris C. - October 10, 2007
Every day and every second the search engines are fighting against the duplicate content phenomenon, which continues to spread like a virus by spamming and dumping the search engines' index and hard drives of many computers.

The duplicate content filter had become a new standard in search engines' evolution in fighting against it seems never ending spam websites. These spam sites persistently continue to grow at such rate which is faster than search engines' duplicate content filter processing speed.

While spam content still has its lead, the search engine companies grow their equipment and working on improving their search engines' indexing algorithms and enhancing their duplicate content filter.

Hopefully one day this war will be over with every spam website banned, so the webmasters will only have one choice to save their business - manually building their websites from zero and providing them with unique creative self-made content.

It's better to create long term website, instead of automatically generating hundreds or thousands of spam websites, which will get banned by search engines sooner than you would expect. And just by generating spam websites, the webmasters waste more of their time in the end, than they would in original unique website building.

But what to do if you don't know much about main topic of which your website will be built upon?

The internet is today's most widely visited information-on-demand source. Anywhere and anytime you can find information on topics in which you had no experience before and start your research. For example article directories is a good place to start with.

Unique relevant content is very important business aspect in article marketing for building relationship with search engines, which later results in free long term relevant search engine traffic.

Still today there are ways to trick search engines by just rewriting original content and making new content look different than original one just by switching places of words and spinning the whole article.

This again leads to same main topic's concept but leaving it spelled differently. Is this spam or not?Yet it is up to search engines to decide, leaving the spammers another advantage.
